Rekindle gives you a structured plan, a behaviour-based reconciliation score and coaching tools. It cannot promise that anyone will come back, and it is not a substitute for therapy or emergency help.
Using the app
You must be at least 16 years old. Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service or its AI features.
Coaching content and AI
Plans, playbook entries, scores and AI responses are general guidance generated from the information you provide. They are not professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for how you contact other people. Never use the app to harass, stalk, threaten or pressure anyone.
Purchases and subscriptions
The one-time Rekindle Plan unlocks the full plan and the Plan-tier tools permanently on your account. Rekindle Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account; it renews at the shown price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple users: the Apple standard EULA applies.
Your content
Journal entries and messages remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, back up and process them to provide the features you use.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit or discontinue features, including daily AI limits, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
